Coaching and Consulting
You can receive two kinds of coaching with Carla Rieger – Emerald or Diamond Level.
You can:
- sign up individually
- sign up a group of people within an organization or business (customized for the group needs)
Emerald Level:
This is shorter term coaching for a specific project such as:
- creating or preparing for an engaging presentation
- overcoming fear of interviewing or public speaking
It's 6 sessions with Carla Rieger and involves:
- receiving a series of Choice Repatterning recordings that help you embody the new behaviours
- breaking down your goals into bite size pieces
- prioritization
- instruction
- being accountable each week to complete goals.
The sessions run every two weeks for 3 months and are done on the phone or Skype for 45 minutes per session. The process includes:
- between session emails
- a series of resources such as personalized recordings
- access to our library of resources and contacts
Diamond Level:
This is longer term coaching and is appropriate for people who want to learn a specific business structure for bringing their expertise to the world in a fulfilling, lucrative and powerful way — using Group Coaching.
It is for those who are feeling stuck and who need a step-by-step process to help them build a successful group coaching practice in a safe, easy to implement way. Then together we map out a plan for getting from where they are now to where they want to go.
The process is broken down for each person in bite size pieces, and you are kept accountable to achieve your dreams.
It happens over 6 months and includes:
- a live 4 day program at the end
- in between session emails
- personalized mindset recordings
- weekly Q&A calls
- access to our library of video, audio, and written resources
- networking and a community of colleagues
APPLICATION PROCESS
All coaching clients are asked to do a phone interview and go through an application process as these coaching processes are not for everyone.
We do a screening process to ensure we have a good fit, that you are spending your time and money wisely and so that this is a win-win experience for everyone involved. Just email below to set up an appointment or to ask more questions.
