BOOK REVIEWS:
"I was immediately taken in by the characters and their interwoven journeys; so taken in that I couldn't stop until 2 a.m.!! I have so longed for a parable with a female protagonist/hero a la Coelho's The Alchemist, and I think The Change Artist just might be it." – Carrie Gallant, Director of Gallant Solutions
"I just completed the last page of Carla's compelling book. Her characters came so to life, joining me in my days when I put the book down, becoming part of my reflections, my conversations. A brilliant book – well researched, beautifully written. Not one you'll put down easily, nor forget soon." – Laura Mack, Director, Whitelight Promotions
"What an incredible story. The historic detail intertwined into this fascinating story of a family, their history and all their secrets, had me turning the pages even faster." – Stephen Hammond, lawyer-turned human rights expert and author
"I absolutely loved the book. The journey Carla portrays is vivid, touching, and inspiring. It has been quite some time since I took a book that I simply could not let go of, till its completion. The journey is about people, first and foremost; it is also about history, in its dark and brighter moments, about fate, and about the celebration of the human spirit. It has been a joy to read and re-read. Thank you!" – Simon Goland, organizational development consultant
